The location was ideal for our romantic escape. We loved the privacy windows in our farmhouse-style room, and the giantly tall ceiling with beams added to the rustic-charm theme. the kitchen supplies were perfect, and the hot tub was heated and ready to use! the owner was very thoughtful in decorating the room tastefully but not overdone.
We had some trouble with the TV as we couldn't get the channels to work without our own subscription. the rooms were close to each other, and we could hear some noise from the other room which detracted from the privacy we were looking for on our romantic trip.

Located near the wineries and on the Llano river, this cozy farmhouse, style accommodation with tall ceilings and beams offers a tastefully decorated room with excellent bedding, clean bathroom, and sufficient amenities. Contactless check, in and check, out is convenient, and a refreshing continental breakfast with amazing pastries is provided. Guests love the private hot tub, secluded outside, and the surrounding quietness.
Minor issue: Some guests couldn't figure out how to watch regular TV and could only access some streaming channels.

The bed and pillows were amazing - one of the best I've slept on during all my travels. The breakfast provided was delicious, with thoughtful and charming accommodations. The location was great too, offering access to multiple key attractions and nearby areas.
The building shown online appeared to offer complete privacy, but in reality, there were only three rooms, two of which were connected, providing noise insulation concerns. the chairs in the kitchen were not as comfortable for lounging, and so, more comfortable seating arrangements - like a rocker - would be helpful.
